Sometimes my character picks up weapon or medkit or alcohol and puts it in the backpack and sometimes he overrides already equipped weapon so I have to backtrack and find it when it's the same type of weapon and I miss the change. I got killed 3 times because my character instantly threw grenade when equipping.
