Yep, I'm also having the same issue. I can not even click the tiles in the EA App for command and conquer but I can for other games. Love how EA just disables by best games with the cross from Origin to EA app and then don't do anything about it regardless of how many complaints they have on the game.
Thanks for the help, but unfortunately it still didn't work for me. I'm starting to believe that the problem is in Windows 10 and not the game itself, since that option.ini method always worked for me in previous versions like Windows 7 or 8.1, but it didn't work with this one.
